Fearfully and Wonderfully Made

Rach brought her new camera lens over and we had a little photo shoot. I thought the pictures turned out so good! Looking at these, I feel blessed beyond words to have two beautiful and healthy children. These are a few of my favorites...

I praise you because I am fearfully and wonderfully made; your works are wonderful, I know that full well.

Friday Night Skatin'

Friday night we went roller and ice skating with friends from church at the Skatium in Little Rock. We had so much fun! I don't think I have laughed that hard in a long time! Thanks to Rachel I have some wonderful pictures of the night. Sorry there are so many pictures, but it was hard to choose... I was cracking up looking at each picture! Hope ya'll get a laugh out of them too!

Look close, yes there is Brandan and Drew!

This was Bennett's expression most of the night. Yes, I took Bennett to the roller rink... inappropriate on so many levels... I know. Reminiscent of Reese Witherspoon's line in Sweet Home Alabama-"You have a baby... in a bar!" Except ours was "You have a baby... in a ghetto roller rink!"

Drew- a.k.a Gumby (sp?)

FAVORITE picture of the night!! Holding on for dear life!!

Brandan picking Drew up... mind you he is also in skates... not the best idea

Evie's skates rubbed a blister on her foot, but it was so worth it!

Bottoms Up

Yes, Drew did stop and break it down in the middle of the rink! I'm pretty sure the song playing was...apple bottom jeans, boots with the fur
She was proud...I was a little embarassed

Before we left we walked over to the ice skating side (no we DID NOT ice skate). Drew was freezing so Brandan zipped her up in his jacket... so cute.

Drew at the Zoo

Over Spring break, Drew made a trip to the zoo with her Nana. Apparently they weren't the only ones who decided to get out and enjoy the weather and animals.
This is the line they had to stand in to get in the zoo.
This is how Drew felt about waiting in the line.

Lunch break

Drew has to be completely exhausted to fall asleep in the car (the girl DOES NOT sleep in her car seat). So as you can see she was pooped and had a great time!

Pre-game Warm Up

Getting in a little "egg hunt boot camp" before the main event. Next practice will be sprints and tackling! Goin' for the gold this year! Obviously I am kidding, but what a beautiful day to enjoy a little easter egg hunting.

Hmmm, now where did Drew and Evie hide those eggs??

Annnd game over!

Ear to Ear

Guess what Bennett started doing this past week?! He started smiling!! And it was not subtle! It spreads over his entire face... he's got the biggest mouth :) !! Precious (or at least I think so).

Annnd we're back

Long time no post... the computer had to be sent off because a DVD got stuck inside, we've had the stomach bug and also been spending some time outside enjoying the nice weather. So, needless to say the blog has been neglected.

Here are a few pictures... first picture may need a little explanation to some :) Our Sunday school is doing a little "prankstering" (is that a word?) you get a toilet in your front yard, take a picture with it and send it to another person's yard... well, we flushed Maggie, our dog. If you know how I feel about the dog then you may find this humorous.

Maggie got flushed... she looks thrilled

Here is the pic I promised of Evie (from the previous post)... she is 3 now!

This is Bennett on the day he was 1 month old... you know how everyone takes a picture each month next to something to show how their baby is getting bigger... well here is my attempt! He was furious! It's a terrible picture, I know, he kept sliding down on the giraffe, so I had about half a second to snap the picture and I didn't feel like trying again later... so, this is what I got, Oh well!
